NW Health and Beauty Supply guarantee's our products to be authentic and of pure quality.
If the order is shipped and you fail to eccept the package in a timely manner you will be responsilbe to pay the additional shipping charges to have your order re-shipped. (USPS will try to re deliver your package 3 times before sending it back to us.) A 30% restocking fee may apply, as well as additional shipping and handling fees to all orders returned to us unclaimed, up to $30.00 per order depending on shipping weight and product ordered. It is the customers responsibility to except their package from the Postal Courier.
Damaged Shipments: If your package is recieved in a damaged condition have the driver document the damage and retain a copy of the damage report.
Please notify us via email with the damaged shipment immediately. We will not send a replacement order, if the damage is not reported and documented.
The shipping carrier may need to inspect damage to the order. Failure to follow these procedures will result in a denial of the claims process.
Lost Shipments: It is the responsiblity of the Customer to track down their package through their local United States Postal Service. All International Customers will have to track a lost package through their local customs office, and their local Courier office. Once the package leaves our office we are no longer responsible for the package. All Customers are provided with delivery confirmation and tracking numbers after their order is shipped from our facility.
All Sales are final on all body wraps and cosmetic type products.
If there is an error in packaging or shipping, we will take care of the problem as soon as possilbe!
