The value of Skin Brushing has been known for
centuries. Skin Brushing opens the pores, stimulates
the sweat glands, and increases the blood circulation
to the underlying tissues and organs.
You can use a body skin brush, bath brush or
even a hair brush to do the skin brushing. They
all do the same job, with exception to sharp bristle
brushes. I have also used body sponges for skin
brushing, this also works well. To get the back areas
it may be easyer to get a brush with a long handle.
Dry skin brush when nude. Do not brush when
your skin is wet, as it may cause the skin to sag.
If you have skin problems, do not brush. A slight flush
due to increased blood ciruculation is normal, but
don't brush so hard that your skin turns red.
Starting from the ankles, start brushing in a circular
motion upward towards the heart. Do a light brushing
nothing hard or intense, this proceedure will remove
the dead skin layers, and open the pores, wich
will alow the skin to breath and aid in the removal
of the toxins within.
